More About Me

Alissa Humphries has over 18 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in California. She obtained her license in 2003, and primarily focuses on Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Oak Park and Westlake Village.

Born in Southern California, Alissa, the daughter of a college football coach, moved around the country her entire childhood. After graduating high school in Texas, she returned to her “home” to attend UCLA. That’s where she met her husband Chip, to whom she’s been married for 22 years. Alissa received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and went on to enjoy a rewarding real estate career that has involved helping countless buyers and sellers achieve their unique goals.

She loves meeting new people, is adaptable to different personalities, and effectively problem solves when situations arise. Alissa is also known and appreciated for her joyful and relaxed demeanor regardless of the circumstances, which puts her clients’ minds at ease. Her organized approach, strong negotiating skills and incredible attention to detail, met by an admirable hard work ethic and high level of integrity, make her a sought-after real estate partner in any type of transaction.

“My goal is for each client to feel like they’re my only client; that I’m always available to answer questions or discuss concerns; and that I’ll work tirelessly for them so they can enjoy the buying or selling process. I strive to create a foundation of confidence and trust, so they know they are in excellent hands and will be represented with utmost class and professionalism.”

Empathetic to people’s fears, stresses, and great unknowns, Alissa uses her experience to offer assistance that extends far beyond the general scope of the real estate transaction, to ensure that the transition is a positive one for every member of the family. This former resident of Calabasas has spent the last 12 years residing in Agoura's Morrison Highlands with her family, where her three children attend school and play sports. All are very involved and vested in the community they live in.
